1.1. PRESENTATION OF COMPANY

(a) Refer APM 1.0 History.

(b) The company has focused on a combined employer-employee effort on establishing a solid foundation for company growth and technological development. Owing to this, the company has always been at the helm of the industry and still committed to provide ship management services with a steadfast belief in the cornerstones of Safety, Health, Security, Quality, and Environment protection.

(c) The company stands poised to expand its presence in the foreign market in hopes of redefining marine transport as it is known today throughout the world. However, none of the success would be attainable without the long-term trust of our clients.

(d) Company is the technical manager of several types of vessels, including crude oil tankers, product tankers, chemical tankers, gas tankers.

(e) This integrated manual has been established to effectively enhance the quality of ship management services and includes promoting the safety of operation, health of the ship’s crew and environmental protection during the activities of ships under management.

(f) The aim is to provide its customers with a reliable, professional and progressive ship management services while ensuring that the cargo entrusted from customers is transported safely and effectively to the destination without changing the quality of cargo.

1.1.1. SCOPE OF BUSINESS

(a) The Company is a wholly integrated ship management company with a co-ordination of its total expertise within maritime activities such as:

      • Technical Management
      • Vessel Operation

(b) To maximise and provide safe standards of ship operation, the company's objectives and policies have been integrated as described in Chapter 02-00 of this manual.
